GDA – Services immobiliers intégrés is a real estate consulting firm incorporated in 2013, whose two founding members have a strong track record and an enviable reputation in the province’s market. Having worked for a national consulting firm, the founding shareholders came together to form a company with a human dimension, close to its customers and its market. Each shareholder has cutting-edge expertise in different areas of practice such as property assessment, municipal taxation and expropriation. The complementary strengths within the team, combined with a network of experienced collaborators, ensures that the firm is able to offer complete and high-quality professional services.

In 2017, GDA Québec continued its expansion with the acquisition of the chartered appraisal firm Servitech Services-Conseils. With nearly 50 years of experience in appraisal for the purposes of acquisition, expropriation, and contingency funds, Servitech complements and completes GDA’s professional services offering.

In 2022, Steve Gilbert, who founded the firm nearly 9 years ago and gave it the impulse that never wavered thereafter, decided to entrust the management and continued growth of the company to a new generation. Steve will now act as a consultant and strategic advisor to GDA. In addition, Steve will use his notoriety, extensive industry network and the recognition he enjoys in the real estate world to spearhead the relaunch of the Montreal office and to support the growth of the Quebec City office.

Thus, as of January 1, 2022, a new triumvirate has taken over GDA – Services immobiliers intégrés.

Louis Deschênes becomes the main shareholder and will lead the management and future of the firm. His involvement with GDA since its foundation, his expertise, energy and passion make him the perfect leader to pursue this great challenge brilliantly.

Pierre-François Monnier becomes a partner of the firm and will remain in his role as General Manager. In this capacity, he will be responsible for the administrative, legal and financial management activities of the firm. His solid management background, his recognized expertise and the in-depth knowledge of the firm that he has built since joining GDA will benefit everyone and will significantly help support the firm’s growth objectives.

Roxanne Carrier also becomes a partner of the firm. With over 11 years of experience as a chartered evaluator, Roxanne, who has worked with international firms, is endowed with an extraordinary versatility and recognized skills in multiple fields of expertise. Roxanne will head the real estate appraisal department, the firm’s driving force.

The current GDA Québec team therefore has many years of expertise and extensive knowledge in real estate consulting services. GDA Québec is a much-respected player in the market today; Thanks to its team of experienced professionals that are proud of their work and in whom their clients continue to place their trust. This is the foundation for a prosperous future.
